TikoPro Uploader — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the TikoPro Uploader browser extension and the TikoPro service at tikosystem.com (together, the “Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

TikoPro helps you prepare and upload higher-quality video to your own TikTok account. You are responsible for the content you upload and for using it in accordance with TikTok’s own terms and community guidelines and all applicable laws.

2. No affiliation

TikoPro is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be old enough to use TikTok in your country.
• Access requires linking a Telegram account and joining our Telegram channel.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your linked account and devices.

4. Plans, limits & payment

• Free plan: a limited number of uploads per week, a file-size cap, and an added attribution credit on processed uploads.
• Premium plan: higher limits and no added credit, offered for a fee arranged separately (e.g. via our Telegram contact). Fees, where paid, are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change plans, limits, or pricing at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful content or to infringe others’ rights.
• Resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Service or attempt to bypass its limits or authentication.
• Share your access with others in breach of the device/account limits.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including for maintenance, at any time without liability.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any action taken by TikTok against your account. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service. We do not guarantee any specific upload quality, result, or that your account will not be affected by third-party platforms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
