Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what the TikoPro Uploader browser extension and the TikoPro service at tikosystem.com (together, the “Service”) collect, why, and how it is handled. By installing or using the Service, you agree to this policy.

The short version

We collect only what’s needed to sign you in and process the video you choose.
We do not use TikTok login, TikTok’s API, or read your TikTok account.
Video files are processed and returned to you, then discarded — not stored, never sold.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

1. Who we are

TikoPro is an independent tool that helps creators prepare and upload higher-quality video to their own TikTok account from within TikTok Studio. TikoPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. What we collect

Only the minimum required to run the Service:

Sign-in identifier — your Telegram numeric user ID and a one-time sign-in code, used to link the extension to your TikoPro account and to confirm membership of our Telegram channel. We never receive your Telegram password.
Device identifier — a random ID generated on your device, used to keep you signed in and to enforce the per-account device limit.
Usage & plan data — your number of uploads and whether you are on the free or premium plan, used to apply plan limits.
Video you choose to process — when you add a video in TikTok Studio, that file is sent to our server to be prepared and returned to you (see section 4).

3. What we do not collect

No TikTok account accessNo TikTok login, OAuth, tokens, or profile data (no username, avatar, or account details).

No passwordsWe never handle your TikTok or Telegram password.

No payment dataNo card or bank details pass through the Service.

No trackingNo browsing history, keystrokes, contacts, or location.

The extension runs only on TikTok Studio upload pages and on our own server — nowhere else.

4. How video is processed

Video files are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection solely to perform the quality preparation you requested, then returned to your browser for you to post. Files are held only transiently for the duration of processing and are deleted automatically immediately after the request completes or fails. They are never stored long-term, used for advertising, or shared.

5. How we use your information

To authenticate you and keep your session active.
To apply plan limits, device limits, and channel-membership requirements.
To process the video you submit and return it to you.
To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, or lending.

6. Data stored on your device

The extension uses your browser’s local storage to keep your session, device ID, and preferences so you don’t reconnect on every visit. You can clear all of it at any time by removing the extension or clearing its data in your browser settings.

7. Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to operate the Service (secure server hosting), and only where required by law. We do not sell data to any third party.

8. Data retention

Account, device, and usage data is kept while your account is active. Video files are not retained after processing. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see section 11).

9. Security

Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS, and every sensitive action is re-authorized on our server. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, and you can stop all collection at any time by uninstalling the extension. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

12. International users

The Service may be operated from, and data processed in, countries other than yours. By using the Service you consent to that processing, carried out in line with this policy.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
